Loyalty Programme Terms

These Loyalty Programme Terms set out the rules that apply to participation in the My Thai loyalty programme. By joining the programme, you agree to the terms set out below.

Loyalty Programme

Eligible customers may earn loyalty points through qualifying purchases made with My Thai.

Unless otherwise stated: 1 loyalty point is awarded per £1 spent, points hold no cash value, and points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for ensuring their registered information, including email address and telephone number, remains accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to verify customer information before approving or updating loyalty accounts.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend, refuse, amend, or remove loyalty accounts where we reasonably suspect: fraudulent activity, misuse of the programme, duplicate accounts, manipulation of points, or false or misleading information.

Any points obtained through misuse may be removed without notice.

Programme Changes

We reserve the right to: amend the loyalty programme, change earning or redemption rules, withdraw promotions, suspend accounts, or discontinue the programme entirely at any time without prior notice.

Limitation

We are not responsible for lost points, unavailable rewards, or account issues resulting from incorrect customer information, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
